Available to order in a choice of 12 modern and traditional designs the Woodrite Somerset Up & Over Garage Door range is perfect for homeowners looking for a handmade timber garage door at an affordable price. Manufactured to high standards by time served joiners all the garage doors within this range are built using cedar moulding and cedar faced ply that is carefully built onto a steel or aluminium chassis to gain strength and stability. Perfect for any residential setting these high quality doors are built to last, look amazing and as a result offer tremendous value for money.

Door Handles

All up and over wooden garage doors within the Woodrite Somerset range are supplied with a centre mounted black handle (with integral multi point lock) as standard. Other options are available for an additional surcharge (options are shown below). Where doors are to be fitted with an electric operator the handle can be omitted to give a cleaner look to the door panel.

Timber Frames

Garage doors within the Somerset range will require a 70mm x 70mm timber frame (for internal frame widths up to 10ft) or a 70mm x 90mm frame for opening larger sizes. Where required, these are available to order at the same time as the door.

Finishes

All Woodrite Somerset garage doors are base coat stained as standard to enable you to finish the wood to the colour of your choice. As an optional extra, numerous factory finished options are available to select from.

Please be aware that the finishes shown are intended as a guide only. Timber is a natural material and as such finishes applied with the same stain can vary between doors. We therefore recommend that if you are fitting 2 doors next to each other you make us aware of this so we can match the timbers as near to each other as possible.
