How do I place an order?

To place an order simply contact us with your size requirements and chosen design and we will be happy to process an order over the telephone using our secure card processing system.

What methods of payment are accepted?

At this time we accept payment with credit or debit card over the telephone using our secure Barclays card processing system. We are also happy to accept payment via Paypal, BACS transfer and cheque.

When is payment required?

All the physical security products for sale within this website are made to order. As a result of this we require payment to be made in full at the time of ordering.

What is the delivery period?

This can vary depending on the product you wish to order. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks however this can be decreased if you need a particular product in a hurry.

Can i return the good if they are found to be unsuitable?

As the goods will be made to your exact specification they cannot be returned if they are found to be unsuitable for your requirements.
